My dear friend Charlotte (of “Charlotte says it’s more constructive…” infamy), about 2 months ago, recorded a version of our song Heart Swells/Pacific Daylight Time. After 6 weeks of nagging, I finally wore down her resolve and she’s allowed me to share it on here. One day, when we’re both dead, I hope that our email correspondence will be published and we’ll become the 21st century’s Plath and Hughes. Charlotte’s got herself into a situation where occasionally she performs in a duo named Judy And The Blumes. They have a couple of gigs coming up. Perhaps you’d maybe want to turn up to one and be replacement heckler, in my absence. She won’t let me watch them play.
But yeh, Charlotte is awesome and so is this cover. L U CHAR..

and just convert it.
I’ve been using it a while and it hasn’t given me any viruses or anything so I’d recommend it!
I hope you don’t become this generation’s Plath and Hughes. Historical rumour would have it that he wasn’t a very nice man and the inordinately talented Plath met a sad end.
Comment by Rob July 7, 2009 @ 11:15 amI still haven’t had a chance to listen to this! (it’s blocked at work)
Comment by Julia July 7, 2009 @ 2:44 pmSo is this a clue about Alek’s successor?
